Things people would normally never dream of ingesting are pumped into the lungs and bloodstream every time a cigarette is lit. Chemicals like Butane, Carbon Monoxide, DDT (insecticide), Lead, even Polonium-210 (radioactive fallout), just to name a few. You know it’s bad for you, so why is it so hard to quit? All-natural, homeopathic, sublingual spray that helps relieve your symptoms as you kick the smoking habit! DO YOU MEASURE TIME BY WHEN YOU LAST HAD A SMOKE? An article in “New Scientist” reveals that in addition to altering the body’s dopamine levels, nicotine also causes hormone changes in smokers that alter their perception of time when they try to abstain. In a lab test, researchers studied how smokers and non-smokers estimate elapsed time. Initially, the two groups had similar abilities in time perception, but when tested again after abstaining for a day, most of the smokers estimated much longer time intervals, as much as 50 percent longer! 5 Stars Worked like a charm
I had smoked for five years (which isn’t that long, but addiction is addiction) and was up to a half a pack a day. Every time I tried to quit, it was such a horrible experience that one or two days later I was back smoking again. I bought this Smoke Deter product because it came highly recommended on the internet. I couldn’t find a single bad reivew. I smoked my very last cigarette and was very nervous about what the next day had to offer. I decided to try the liquid that night, just to taste it. I was already craving a cigarette and it seemed like the minute the liquid hit my tongue I just didn’t care about smoking anymore. It was like I forgot that I was addicted. I used the liquid as directed for the first week. Then the following week I only used it when the cravings got really bad. The third week I wasn’t using it anymore. I now have almost a whole bottle of this liquid left and I still don’t want or care about cigarettes anymore. I don’t even have the “crazies” which is what I was afflicted with the other times I tried to quit. This stuff really worked for me and I would recommend using it if you’re looking to quit.
5 Stars Smoke Deter was the only product that helped me quit

3 Stars Works, sort of
These pills do sort of work, if you’re willing to commit. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough information (check that – ANY information) regarding the product. It vaguely suggests you take it 3 times a day, 2 pills at a time, but there’s nothing else in there at all. Well, I went ahead smoking as usual the whole time, but after a few weeks, noticed that I wanted to smoke less and less. Never made me feel nauseous, it just wasn’t something I wanted to do. This is strange, since I’ve been smoking since I was 15 so it’s a pretty big part of my life. I had gotten down to about 5 cigarettes a day when I ran out of pills, and shortly after running out, I’m back to almost a pack a day. I don’t know how long you’re supposed to take them before you’re in the clear, but I obviously didn’t take them long enough. They’re just so expensive. Still, I suppose the cost is not as important as the benefits, which greatly outweigh the cost.
