Once again Paul McKenna has come to the rescue. I’ve lost over 40 lbs so far with his “I can make you thin” book & cd & now I’m a non-smoker too! This man’s methods really work for me.

I have smoked a pack a day for 20+ years. I have tried to quit smoking Dozens of times, This was by far the easiest and most effective way I ever came across. When I started listening to the CD I was only somewhat motivated to quit, but by the time I started listening to the self hypnosis I noticed I became really willing and confidant about quiting. I also noticed that I didn’t have the usual temper problems that I normally have, and I barely had any triggers to make me want to smoke. Smoking is a habit that is all in your brain, Paul knows how to re-write the way the brain works to easily change the habit. It was super easy and fun even. If you smoke, give yourself a break and try this out.

This is the most incredible book which has completely changed my life. I quit smoking almost effortlessly with the assistance of this plan. If you read this book and absorb what it says, you will easily throw away the cigarettes. I will never smoke again and if I ever get the urge, I will pull the book back out. I only wish I had discovered this years earlier.

UPDATE! I am still euphoric to be a non-smoker. Almost every time I take a deep breath, I giggle a little at the joy of being able to breathe so freely. I will keep updating every so often to reinforce the fact that THIS BOOK DOES WORK!!
I smoked for 12 years, for awhile smoking 2+ packs a day, then for the last year and a half smoked cigars. And I don’t mean just puffing on them, but INHALING 6 to 7 every day. The minute I put this book down (January 3, 2007), the world was different for me. The sky was brighter, the air was sweeter and every day seemed to be just brimming over with potential. I knew it was because I was free. It is now 3 1/2 months later, and I am still riding that wave of euphoria. Now if I am around cigarette smoke too long instead of craving one (as with other methods) I get a bad headache.
So don’t rush through the book! And don’t skip to the back and read (obviously one of the reviewers here did and that is why the book didn’t work for them). Debate every aspect of it with yourself, your spouse, your family and/or your friends. Let it be the valuable key to your tobacco prison–you have nothing to lose except your addiction to the “demon weed”.

I read this book feeling a little skeptical at first. I did follow all his instructions, especially the one about reading the book with an open mind. And I am now a non-smoker. After 28 years of this disgusting habit, Allan Carr, genius, has showed me the way to be free forever !!! This book really works. This man is amazing !!! I recommend anyone who wants or need to quit read this book. And tell all your loved ones who are caught in the nicotine trap !! They will thank you later.
5 Stars It worked for me!!!
I finally chose to read this book, basically because I was desperate. I had tried quitting several times and never succeeded. I read the book without assuming it would work, but thinking that is was worth giving it a chance. What did I have to lose? I found it interesting, it made sense to me and in the end it worked. This was over 5 years ago and I have absolutely no desire to smoke again. It might not work for everyone, but I think it’s worth a shot. It’s definitely helped improve my quality of life.
